According to The Hollywood Reporter, Columbia Pictures and Original Films have acquired the script. Mike Sobel penned the screenplay which will be produced by Neil Moritz.

The plot is as follows....

The animals of the world turn on humans. Yeah, that's it. So, um...yeah.
